We only collect what you actively share with us. Typically that is:

• Your name and country of residence
• Contact details you send us (phone number, WhatsApp handle, email address)
• Your property preferences (city, budget, use case, timeline)
• The content of messages, emails and calls exchanged with our advisors
• Identification documents (passport, tax ID) only if and when you formally engage us to progress a transaction

We do not run a user account system on this website, and we do not ask for payment card data on the site.

• Reply to your enquiry and send curated property shortlists
• Arrange viewings, calls or in-person meetings
• Facilitate the transaction (introductions to our in-house Turkish lawyers, escrow, title checks, tax number, residency) when you engage us
• Provide after-sale services you request (rental, maintenance, resale)
• Improve our service and meet legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations

• Consent — when you initiate contact via WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
• Performance of a contract — once you engage us to assist with a purchase or rental.
• Legitimate interests — following up on genuine enquiries and keeping records of client communications, balanced against your rights.
• Legal obligation — Turkish real estate, tax and AML rules that require us to retain certain transaction records.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Our in-house Turkish lawyers and notaries, when you engage us on a transaction
• Vetted developers or sellers whose properties you have asked us to enquire about
• Messaging providers you choose to contact us through (e.g. WhatsApp / Meta, standard email providers) — these process your message under their own policies
• Turkish authorities where required by law (e.g. title deed, tax, AML)

We do not use advertising networks or third-party marketing trackers on this site.

TurkeyPropertyPro is established in Turkey, so personal data you share with us is processed in Turkey. Where you contact us from the EEA or UK, this may involve a transfer of your data to a country outside the EEA. We rely on your explicit request for contact and, where relevant, on suitable safeguards permitted under GDPR Article 46.

• Prospect enquiries with no follow-up transaction: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
• Transactional records (contracts, KYC/AML, tax): retained for the period Turkish law requires — typically up to 10 years.
• You can ask us to delete your data at any time; see Section 8.

Subject to GDPR / UK GDPR / KVKK, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data (right to erasure)
• Object to or restrict processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing)
• Request a portable copy of the data you provided
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g. Datatilsynet in Norway, IMY in Sweden, Datatilsynet in Denmark, the ICO in the UK, or the KVKK in Turkey)

This website currently uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not run third-party advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Traffic to this website is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to client records is limited to advisors who need it to serve you. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure — please do not send passport scans or other sensitive documents until we have agreed a secure channel with you.

Our services are directed at adults purchasing real estate. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
